Rock Steady Boxing New Berlin

Rock Steady Boxing is a first-of-its-kind, non-contact boxing-inspired fitness routine, and is dramatically improving the ability of people with Parkinson’s to live independent lives. This class enables people with Parkinson’s disease to fight their disease by providing programs that improve their quality of life and sense of efficacy and self-worth. Recent studies also suggest that intense exercise programs may be “neuro-protective”, actually working to delay the progression of symptoms.

We currently offer  14 class sessions per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri) with daytime and evening options to work with your schedule. Classes are offered at three levels of intensity (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced).

To find out if this program is right for you or your loved one with Parkinson’s disease, please contact us and we will direct you to this amazing program. Are you a friend or family member of a person with Parkinson’s who wants to give back? We are always looking for volunteers to help during class!  You can also download our Rock Steady Boxing Pamphlet HERE

We see the greatest improvements in our clients who perform weekly personal training sessions, because we have the time and attention to guide you through the changes needed to improve your movement, posture and balance. Contact us and request a consultation with our personal trainer.

Neurobics

Engage your brain in unexpected ways.

Neurobics is the idea that by challenging your brain in novel ways, you can help improve its overall function and plasticity: the ability of the brain to change and adapt in response to new experiences. Think of this class as aerobics for your brain.

This class is designed to keep you mentally sharp and physically active. Participants will perform physical and cognitive exercises which include memory, multi tasking and sequence drills. The class is suitable for anyone with an aging brain. The class is also appropriate for people with Parkinson’s, MS or for those recovering from a stroke.

Body Weight Supported Exercise Training for Parkinson’s

Body weight-supported exercise has been proven to be highly effective to improve walking distance and balance, while reducing fatigue and pain with treadmill walking. Our Pneu-Weight unweighting system also allows for functional exercise and training without the fear of losing your balance.

Early Onset Parkinson’s Support Group

I’m impressed every visit - This company has so many activities and classes and types of individual and group therapy options that really turn people around to get BACK FAST to feeling better and moving better. I’m wowed with the knowledge and professionalism the therapists have. They explain in detail how certain moves can help benefit to get rid of pain and to have more mobility. Thanks to Billy, for his care and knowledge to help my husband with his Parkinson’s challenges. His pleasant and encouraging cues make my husband try even harder to be his best. We’ve been blessed working with a variety of therapists over a number of years. Patrick the owner, Justin, Sam, Billy, Karen and more team members work in sync and compliment each other in their specialties. See for yourself! You’ll see I’m not exaggerating when you visit yourself.
Thanks for everything you do!
